"I had a small issue with my delivery..."
I had a small issue with my delivery time, so I messaged customer service and expected the usual back-and-forth. My brain just kind of shortcuts to “this is going to take forever” with support stuff. But they got back to me fast, actually read what I wrote, and fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. The person was friendly too. Super simple, no runaround.

"Better deals than I expected"
I’ve been using Albertsons i’ve been pleasantly surprised by the prices most of the time. They’re not always the absolute cheapest, but they’re usually close enough that it feels fair. I especially like when the weekly deals pop up because they actually help me save a bit. A few items still seem a little pricey, but overall it’s been better than I expected

I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to store, so I wasn’t totally planning to be impressed here. But the staff were really helpful and pointed me to what I needed fast. Made the whole trip easy, and now I’m kind of torn about staying loyal to my usual place.

"Good store, but the coupons can be frustrating"
I do like shopping here, but the online coupons are kind of a gamble. Sometimes they’ll look like they’re clipped, then they don’t actually come off when I check out. I’ve also noticed promos can change or disappear quickly, which is a little frustrating. It’s not enough to make me stop shopping here, but I do find myself checking my receipt every single time now.

My albertsons order showed up exactly within the time window they gave me, which I really appreciated. The driver was quick, everything was still cold, and I didn’t have to sit around wondering when it would arrive. respecting someone’s time is such a basic but important thing, so it was nice to see them actually do it right

I had to return a few groceries and the refund came through quicker than I expected. I was ready for support to make it a whole thing, but they didn’t give me any hassle. I mean, returns are never fun, but this was handled smoothly, so I’m happy with it.

"Fresh groceries every time"
Ive ordered from Albertsons a handful of times now, and so far the groceries have been really fresh. The lettuce wasnt sad or wilted, the apples were crisp, and the berries actually held up for a couple days.

The meat and dairy showed up cold too, which is always the thing I worry about most with delivery.

i was just glad I didnt have to stand there picking through everything myself. It all looked like stuff I wouldve grabbed if I was shopping in the store

The deals are nice when they show up, and I just assume that’s probably where most of the actual value is. The points, though, feel a little stingy to me, like you have to spend a lot before they really add up to anything.

"My order came exactly right"
I’ve ordered from Albertsons.com a handful of times now, and like i said, this last one was right on point. Everything I picked showed up, there weren’t any random substitutions, and the produce was actually in good shape.

Like i said, it’s just nice when you don’t have to stand there checking every bag like something is going to be missing. The receipt matched my order too, so I really don’t have any complaints. Easy 5 stars from me

"pickup honestly makes my week easier"
i’ve been using Albertsons pickup almost every week lately. it’s just so much easier after work to pull up, check in, and have them bring everything out to my car. most of my orders have been right, and when something is out, they usually choose a decent replacement. it saves me from wandering around the whole store when i’m already tired. i’m really happy with it.
